Non Organic Whole Aylesbury Duck In much the same way as conventional chickens, the quality of Duck hitting the shelves has plummeted in recent years.Fat, glutinous, sloppy meat with very little taste. It is no wonder sales of fresh duck have fallen dramatically. Our ducks are completely free range, reared outdoors with plenty of space and ready access to water whenever they wish.We only rear in small numbers and therefore these are extremely limited. We sold nearly 500in 2007 and the response was overwhelming! Organic bronze turkeys are quite simply unbeatable. They are reared outdoors with space and freedom and are fed a completely organic diet to fatten them up! The weight ranges vary enormously and we make every effort to match them to the weight you require. They will vary between 12-25lb approximately. If you are at all unsure about the weight you require then simply tell us how many you are having for lunch and we will work it out for you.
