Richard is a fully qualified butcher with 14 years experiance and is the manager of Somerset Organics. Richard also runs the website so If you have any questions about the site or the products available then he is your man.

 | Andrew Payce Andy is the butchery manager. He looks after the day to day running of our farm shop and butchery. Andy has been with us for 5 years and is now a vital part of our team. He works very hard behind the scenes to make sure everything in the shop and butchery runs like clockwork. |
 | Peter Lush Pete has been with us for 3 years and is our man on the road. He looks after all our local outlets and customers. When not out and about Pete is also a butcher with some 20 years experiance in the trade, so he knows his stuff. |
 | Joe Robinson Joe is the newest member of our team. He has been with us about 18 months. Joe has begun his butchery training so we are sure it wont be long before he will be fully involved with the processing of your orders. |
 | Lee Singer Lee is Andy Portch's right hand man on the farm. He is now in his second stint working here on the farm. He is very multi-talented and can turn his hand to tractor driving, mechanic's, fencing, ploughing, and silaging and on top of that he also looks after all the beef animals, Berkshire pigs and hebridean lambs we have here on the farm. |
