 | Andrew Payce Andy is the butchery manager. He looks after the day to day running of our farm shop and butchery. Andy has been with us for 9 years and is now a vital part of our team. He works very hard behind the scenes to make sure everything in the shop and butchery runs like clockwork. |
 | Peter Lush Pete has been with us for 6 years and is our man on the road. He looks after all our local outlets and customers. When not out and about Pete is also a butcher with some 24 years experience in the trade, so he knows his stuff. |
 | Joe Robinson Joe is the newest member of our team. He has been with us about 18 months. Joe has begun his butchery training so we are sure it wont be long before he will be fully involved with the processing of your orders. |
